Missouri posted its third straight month of job creation in October with 5,300 jobs created, according the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
Columbia gained the most jobs, with 1,300.
Jefferson City, Joplin and St. Louis gained 400 jobs, while St. Joseph gained 200 and Kansas City 100 jobs.
Springfield was not on the list of cities gaining jobs.
