What is the average yearly salary for an average American citizen? We are told it is about $45,000 a year. What is the average yearly salary of a CEO of these banks, Wall Street persons, and companies who are robbing us with their incompetence and golden parachutes?

We have to pay for their greed, mismanagement and the American economy is going down the tube. We don't know except it is in the millions and their bonuses come to billions of dollars.

I am one of those on a limited income and you know what that means. I am so disgusted, disappointed and frustrated that this is all a Catch-22.

So if I see this problem I can suggest a solution, but remember I am no expert at anything, just another average person. Those who make these inconceivable salaries should be given the average wage to live on for a year. Ha! Also, a more immediate solution is to cap their bonuses at $45,000, to live on as their wages the next year, that seems too much, too. The averages above this $45,000, for each one in the billions as we know, make jobs for the average workers. Simple, you bet.

One other irritating bit of nonsense. At the end of the Wall Street trading day, they ring that bell, clapping their hands like idiots. Are they happy because once again their greed and so-called errors made them a bundle of money?

They have led us down the proverbial "tube."
