A ROSE: To the NFL officials crews (including local resident Larry Nemmers) that donated NFL memorabilia to our wounded soldiers at Walter Reed Hospital. I hope these officials and all people keep making such good calls.

A ROSE: To Missouri State University, Dr. Mike Nietzel, Les Garland and Mike Ingram for their focus and effort on "landing" a big-name musical act, The Eagles. The performance and crowd of 10,000 made this such a wonderful event. The JQH Arena is one of the nicest arenas in the country. Let's hope there is more to come.
