In part two of his four-part series, News-Leader reporter Allen Vaughan takes a look at the Central Ozark Conference's top boys' and girls' basketball players and teams Wednesday.

The COC preview will be followed by the Mid-Lakes Conference on Thursday and the city independents and other area players and teams on Friday.
