Last week the News-leader printed Deanna Giles' opinion (and picture) in a prominent location on the front page of "Voices." This morning, you printed another long letter (starts on the front page of "Voices" with the same picture as last week and goes to page three with four more columns).

ENOUGH! Please don't give any more space to her ranting! In a paper that is about as small as a pamphlet now, which keeps cutting things (most recently, the TV "must- and might-sees," which have given way to an ad for a movie theater), each article should be considered carefully before taking up valuable space. Many have already responded once to her rantings (including us); that should be the end of it (unless we play the game of who gets the last word -- right now, that's Giles).
